Pars Advanced Materials Complex (PAMC)
PAMC is the 1st and the only industrial complex working in the field of powder metallurgy in Isfahan. The main reasons behind choosing this industry in this region are as follows:
- It is along with the 4th National Developing Plan of IRI.
- There is a huge governmental investment in auto industry and auto part production.
- The high production rate and low unit cost in powder metallurgy technique.
- There is no other similar industry in the field of powder metallurgy in Isfahan and southern regions of Iran.
- There is a variety of part configurations can be produce by PM.
PAMC was registered officially at Isfahan Bureau of Registration of Industrial Companies in march 2005. The factory was founded in sept 2008 employing an expert team and qualified engineers, modern technology, equipped machineries, and precision quality control systems. It was established on an area of 3000 m2 in Murchekhort Industrial Town, north of Isfahan. PAMC with an estimated annual production capacity of 200 tones is now proudly serving other companies and producing auto parts and domestic appliances based on customer order. The Production Line is consisted of Powder Processing Milling and Mixing Machineries, Electric and Gas Tunnel Sintering Furnaces, Heat Treatment and Passivation Furnaces, Deburring and Tap Facilities. There is a supporting Manufacturing Shop having Turning Machine, Milling Machine, Drilling and Broaching Machines, and Different Electric Discharge Machines. Quality Control is one of the most important aspect of PAMC, hence a variety of modern laboratory equipments are used to guarantee a superb and highly competitive qualified products. Customer can order for specific mechanical and physical properties such as hardness, toughness, green density, sintered density and type of microstructures based on the parts application.
